I'm Parnia Rezaei, the founder and creative director of SHIRZAN Digital & Social Media Marketing. My journey began in Iran, where the simple act of existing as a young Baha'i girl was a challenge. At just ten years old, I was denied an education simply because of my religion. I was told I didn't belong, that my faith made me different, and that my difference wasn't welcome. Leaving everything I knew – my home, my friends, my entire life – was heartbreaking. Becoming a refugee meant starting over, navigating a world that often felt hostile and unforgiving. But even in the face of such adversity, a spark of resilience ignited within me. I refused to be defined by my circumstances.

That spark is what led me to create SHIRZAN. It's more than just a digital and social media marketing agency; it's a testament to the strength and determination of women who dare to dream bigger, a source of support, guidance, and inspiration for women who are ready to unleash their full potential and make a meaningful impact.

From the streets of Iran to finding refuge in Turkey, and finally, building a new life in America, my path has been anything but ordinary. Earning my degree in Finance and International Business was a milestone, but my heart yearned for something more. I discovered my true calling in the dynamic world of digital marketing, where I could empower other women to find their voice and build their own success stories. As a female entrepreneur, I intimately understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with building a brand in the digital world. '
